    Champagne Supernova

Best rendition was a couple of weeks ago outside the Queen's University Students Union in Belfast. 2 mates and myself started belting it out in the smoking area, until about 30 people had joined in. It was beautiful.

Also, a couple of years ago at my 18th, I got up on a table and started signing Golddigger. I also gave a toast for 'those who could not be here tonight'....most of whom were sitting beside me quite bewildered.

    Indeed :)

For pretty much all of summer 05 once I had a rake in me Id be walkin the streets beltin out Prodigy- Outer Space. It was stuck in my head after seeing them at a certain music festival one boiling hot July day.

    Apart from that

    Dont Look Back In Anger
    u2- With or Without You
Sinatra- New York and My Way. Was scuttered at a karoke house session a few weeks back when these came on :D
Robbie Williams- Angels. Reminds me of holidays last September, gan of yank birds round our arms beltin it out as it came on in the pub, us barely able to stand.
Anything Ireland related when Im scuttered and Ireland are playin (football). As a Liverpool backer (not supporter) singing YNWA at Man U heads in regards to the CL is always fun :p

Jacky by Jack L's a great one!
If there's a guitar in the room I always end up doing Horse With No Name 'cos it's only got two chords :D
For something a little classier I love Tinseltown by the Blue Nile (one for the 80's kids!)

    Great song alright.

    lizann wrote: »

No that's a different track. "And The Band Played Waltzing Matilda" was written by Eric Bogle in 1972, in which he decribes the futility, gruesome reality and the destruction of war, while criticising those who seek to glorify it.

    Lyrics
