So what's more nutritious? Both boiled.

*note I'm talking of white rice, I don't like brown;)*

lol... they're both pretty crap. I think you can get wholemeal noodles, that might be ever so slightly better. Still though, better off eating less of them and more of other food.

Try basmati rice with a chicken stock cube thrown in. Delish. As apex said.....white rice v's noodles is like asking "chips or crisps". They're both crap.

Rice is not crap! There is a big difference between eating crisps and rice! I dont know where you get your info from.

Rice I would say is better than noodles, in many cases if you read the ingrediants of noodles there can be a lot of additives and fat added to some brands. Rice although also processed is in a different way and generally a lot less done to it. There are more B Vitamins in rice. Watch portion sizes however, people have a tendancy to eat huge amounts which they dont eat. I wouldnt really call rice crap, its one of the better cereals that you can eat. Any carbohydrate seems to be the devil these days.

it is much better if you eat brown rice, see if you can get used to it. If you dont like Basmati rice has a lower GI.
