    Hi folks,

I've started eating these in the last couple of days. There the one's that come in pots, got them in Dunnes but im sure you can buy them everywhere. Ive been eating the Peacan one's, bought the pine nuts aswell and the mixed variety of something.

Just wondering if anyone knows how healthy they are for you? Im pretty sure they are not treated or anything. And can you eat too many of them?

if anyone can help id much appreciate it.

    Thanks
    Mr Soft
