Bought my last two cars on ebay, first one i didn't see it till it arrived on a transporter and the last one i went over to sw england to pick it up and drove it back.
Both have been 100% and i made about €3k profit after selling the first one, a year after owning it.

Bought a Dell laptop from their outlet place for €780. Have 105 positive feedback - 97.9%. Got bad feedback twice because the feedback system is so skewed in the sellers favour. Left bad feedback for one after 5 working day delivery turned into 5 weeks and another when I copped the seller was using a fake bidder after paying.

My airsoft stuff is probably the most expensive one off items. Such as this http://cgi.ebay.com/King-Arms-FAL-FULL-METAL-Airsoft-Electric-Gun-AEG-LONG_W0QQitemZ270109678113QQihZ017QQcategoryZ64635QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem

For which I was unlucky to be hit by customs. Ouch!

Also spent more than I'd like to admit on Akira cels and Megadrive games.

    Ebay most certainly is evil.

Currently All positive Feedback = 246
(Although only 159 are from unique sellers )

customs nab it, and you have to pay vat (as it was most likely from outside the EU) and for the privilage of them opening and detaining your goods.

Oh sh1t yeah sorry, as stated, I had to pay VAT. Which worked out at about €70 odd euro as the rifle was pretty expensive. (Almost the price of a decent pistol)
    Wasn't destroyed or anything, 100% legal :)

Most expensive thing I bought on Evilbay was about €400, it's a part for a bass I'm building. :p

It took about 3 months to arrive because it was made to order and painted so it had to have time to cure. :)
