customs nab it, and you have to pay vat (as it was most likely from outside the EU) and for the privilage of them opening and detaining your goods.

Oh sh1t yeah sorry, as stated, I had to pay VAT. Which worked out at about €70 odd euro as the rifle was pretty expensive. (Almost the price of a decent pistol)

Most expensive thing I bought on Evilbay was about €400, it's a part for a bass I'm building.

It took about 3 months to arrive because it was made to order and painted so it had to have time to cure.
