anyone used one of these jobs? I was kinda thinking of getting one for helping during a workout. Im putting on quite a lot of weight now(out of choice! ^^) and reckon this might help tuck in my gut if she gets unruly!

A waste of money and a gimic, in another couple of months the good weather and brighter evenings will come along, so you could always go out walking even now if the weather is goood. If you really want to do something why not buy a exercise bike?

ah yeah its just for toning like. Its handy enough to keep things ripped where I can do heavy weights, and my cardio is concentrated on the rowing machine and all that. It's just that im going on a slightly more increased weight gain program and was wondering what I should do to avoid looking chubby! good point about the weather, altho its hard to see that when its snowing :( depression!

well i just got one the other day and i have used it a few times a day. i dont have the time to go out and exercise with the job that i have, so i reckon this is better than nothing while i am sitting at my desk. i plan to eat better to compliment the slendertone, and also to do my utmost to get out and get some exercise each day, but its difficulf. anyway, reason for my thread, is to let you know that i got one, have used it 3 times each day, so in a few weeks, i reckon i should know if it works or not and can report back and let you know. it certainly feels like it does!;)

I have a set somewhere, and have used it. You can feel it and see the muscles contracting (so weird) but it doesn't work the muscles the way a proper controlled crunch does. It sort of feels like a half-assed crunch. Better than nothing, but even a couple of sets of good concentrated ab exercises will be better. But if you are going out for a walk, then you could put it on.

They are not that comfortable on the higher settings, and make sure you have enough goop or it gives you nasty pins and needles.

Has anyone tried the slendertone flex bottom and thigh toner (the shorts)? I am working out pretty hard at the moment but my hips, ass and thighs are the problem area so looking for any help. I think if I try this on top of my exercise regime they might come in line with rest of my body shape
