Yep - Swenson is great. I did a workshop with him a few years ago. Cool guy.

He does an audio CD where he talks you through 45min, 30min and 15min versions of the primary sequence. Great to put on - its like having an instructor in the room with you. It means you don't wuss out after 3 sun salutes.
