Has anyone come accross this brand of supplement before ?

There is a place here in Waterford that sells it amoungst others and I picked up some Nutrabolics Isogainer while out getting a bit of shopping. I'm 5 11 and around 150 pounds I know its not gonna make a huge difference in week but said I will try it and see if there is an increase in weight there is 13 servings in the tub and I have to take one for breakfast and then on training days 1 straight after and on off days one before bed.

The guy that sold it to me said its the good stuff as its from the states and said they are ahead in the supplement game, I did tell him I was interested in Nutirtion X but he said it made in Ireland and the Nutrabolics is better stuff. Of course he is gonna say that he wants me to buy it ;)

Just wondering has anyone tried this supplement before ??

US alright, imagine an irish company trying sell something called nutrabollix! Tony Quinns shop is stocked to the gills ;)

You really have to read the ingredients and make comparisons to what is better value yourself, what ingredients you need etc. Some companies will use different serving suggestions sizes, so it can skew figures. i.e. you could have 2 proteins, both with 20 servings, both the same price. But if one has more per serving it is cheaper per kilo. If both are the same weights but one is 80% protein and the other is 75%, then the 80% is cheaper- and so on.

After struggling with the nutrabolics site for a few mins I discovered they are in fact Canadian.
The Irish distributor is listed as First Nutrition in Waterford.
Better or worse than Nutrition X - it probably makes him more money if they are the distributor and therefore this = better in his view. Money colours peoples views!
