Reebok Cross Trainer, no manual

Help, I have just bought a second hand Reebok cross trainer but there was no manual with it. I have pressed all the buttons I can see on the computer and think I have managed to select the workout I want it to do but I cannot work out how to get it started. There is the word "stop" showing on the lower left of the screen…

Help, I have just bought a second hand Reebok cross trainer but there was no manual with it. There is the word "stop" showing on the lower left of the screen and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Can anyone please tell me how I get it to start or if there is a site out there where I can download the manual.

I meant to say - it is either a RE2000 or RE3000.
