Ok, I need to loose a little bit of weight but I am unable to go to the gym.

I am gonna cut out all the crap and eat healthly but i guess i'm gonna need to do a workout to. I have a fitness ball (which i have to admit i've never used yet) and i was thinking of getting to grips with it and maybe getting a fitness dvd. anyone have any experience with these or which is the best one on the market at the min??

hoping to walk more perhaps with weights also

can anyone else suggest anything else or what i should do more than others??Thanks

Get a chin up bar from Argos (about €11 iirc), and you can follow SimpleFit.

Works out about 3 30 minute sessions each week, using bodyweight exercises mainly. Has a progression so you can start on whatever level is taxing/challenging for you.
