    If I was doing the following workout for speed development:[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]Primary Lifts:[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]1. Power clean[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]2. Bench press[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]3. Back Squat[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]Secondary Lifts[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]1. Lat pulldown front[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]2. Romanian Deadlifts[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]3. Military Press[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]4. Seated Rows

    [/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]What sets/reps would the primary and secondary lifts be? What would the % of max for each exercise be?[/FONT]
