Sleeping in shifts

    Heya

    The shift in my new job runs from 11pm - 3 am which means im asleep (hopefully) by 4 am.

    Thing is, I have to be up for college at 7.40 in the mornin which doesnt give me much rest at all.

    So, I was wonder if I got a couple of hours kip at say 5-7pm would that work out the same as getting a good nites sleep?
