    hey all im new member to the site but long time browser as always :)

    im male , 27 , 6"2 and 22.1 stone or 309 lbs , i really dont look it as did weights years ago so i think theres under-lying muscle under the flab :) , even when i was slim i was still 14.5 stone , broad shoulders etc

    i joined weight watchers last week and was 22.1 stone so i get weighed again tommorow , its every tuesday for weigh in

    i'll be posting weight every tuesday evening and diet and excercise completed in gym

    hope to get some good suggestions and motivation

    till tommorow's weigh in

    well my first weigh in today at weight watchers

    started 309lbs now 304.5lbs

    lost 4.5 lbs this week


    will post gym routine from tommorow
