Ok have been eating healtier now and exercising consistently for 3 months now and as a result have gone from 16st 8lb down to 14 st 8lb.I certainly feel better. Thought it was time I reviewed things in particular my diet which I have changed a couple of times,I'm a bit of a creature of habbit so tend to eat the same Mon-Fri and mix it up slightly at the weekend.

    Mon-Fri

    11am Glass water.
    11:05 Cardio-rower 30 mins (mon,tues,wed,thur,fri) treadmill 20 mins-2 mins sprint 2 mins walk (mon,wed,fri)
12:30Protein drink with low fat milk, bowl of all bran or porridge with low fat milk.Cup Green tea.
    12:40-15:30 3 or 4 cups green tea.
15:30 Tin of tuna in springwater.
17:00 McCambridge brown bread toasted with flora pro active light-sometimes I have 2 slices, sometimes I have 4. 2 Cups normal tea with tea spoon honey and a dash of low fat milk.
19:00 Tin of tuna in springwater.
20:00 Frozen plain cod/ frozen salmon or chicken breast in oven. Portion of frozen peas, frozen green beans, frozen Broccoli, frozen c.flower.
22:00 Glass water, 8 brazil nuts.
    23:30 Apple and glass water.

    Weekend:

No protein drink or green tea or cereal, instead..

Sat: One boiled egg and 3 slices Mc Cambridge bread.
Sunday: 3 egg omlette and 3 slices McCambridge bread for breakfast.
Sat/Sun I will have a boiled/baked ham sandwich instead of weekly 17:00 as above.

Have to say finding the veg tough going from a taste point of view, but basically my portion sizes are small. Is having this amount of frozen food ok.Anything I should add or take out.

Any comments would be appreciated on the diet.
