any tips for maintaining those post-workout ripples? Im doin well as it is,just wish I could hold that god like sculpted look for a little longer than it takes to have a shower! lol , oh and while I'm here, does anyone else have trouble scheduling their workouts? Like between eating and working out? I always stuff my face and sometimes im just too full for too long to workout when I have the time.

Oh my Sweet God  I just may never go back into the weights room ever again.
Maybe if you 'arrived' that bit quicker while you looked at yourself in the mirror, it wouldn't be such a problem

Scheduling workouts and feeds shouldn't really be a problem tbh. If you need to go an extra hour without eating before you train it'd be much more productive than half assing it in the weight room on a full stomach.

^^ I was just tryin' to be funny, lol,in a roundabout way i was asking for any tips on getting a bit more tone to muscle rather than just big fatty looking lumps! :D but ill remember to run at toward the mirror as quick as possible! ;)

and yeah i reckon ill have to start leaving it a bit loner without eating alright.seems like after about 30 mins i feel kinda sick if i've had too much to eat.

It was funny, for those with a sense of humour, which seems to be lacking around here. Most possibly either too vain or too insecure, most likely the latter.

Anyway, before I go for a night on the tiles I pump out about 100 press ups, to get the veins pumping and the musles ripped. Like a HumVee...

I'm not sure he's clever enough for that.

zippy 99, I asked you not to act the eejit. Collectively insulting the forum won't win you any friends. Take a few days' break and come back when you've calmed down a bit.
