    Im starting to work out but i have a spare tyre at the minute, should i work out and take fat burning supplements or do it on my own? i would like fast results of course!!! and normall to lose weight i just eat a lot less but i find myself tired eating nothing so was hoping that someone would recommend something to speed up fat burning.

    Look I'm no expert(nor do I look like one) but really you just have to get up and go. I was sitting there at 6 o' clock, watching an episode of the Simpsons for like the 1,000th time when I decided, I'm not going to laze around the place, with that the shorts were on and the Ipod was ready and I was off on an hour and 15 minute run.

    I came home did some weights, a 24 pullups(3 by 8)(I got the thing in Argos), 3 by 15 press ups, and 3 by 25 sit ups.

    OP fat burning sup's will give you replies like these, there is no easy answers in real life.

    As Longfield said, "fat burning" pills are no answer.

    You mention that you usually eat less to lose weight, while this is the general idea, you only want to eat about 10-15% below what you use, it is also important what you eat. Also how often.

    As mentioned, have a look at the stickies for more details, but you should aim to eat about 6 meals a day, ditch the junk and the processed stuff, start doing some exercise and you're on your way.

    If you have further questions write down what you eat for a day or two, post it up here and people will give some advice based on your current diet.

    eating 6 meals a day is a no go!! i dont even like eating once a day its such a chore cooking stuff, im very lazy but at the same time i play a lot of sport 3 soccer games a week and im still slightly over weight so all i wanna know is will the fat burning supplements make me sexy?:rolleyes:

    No, they won't. You've been told what it takes!! You can't just wish away fat.

    How long did it take you to get to your current state? It didn't just happen over night. Reversing it takes time and effort too.

    There's no magic pills, no quick fix, no easy solution. You have a spar tyre from eating too much or too much of the wrong thing. To correct that you have to start eating better foods and stay physically active. If you don't want to put in the effort, don't expect results.

    Perhaps you could post your diet and current exercise routine, then we could make critiques on that which would help towards looking sexier.
