    Hi,
These are in the ingredients for some of his dishes. I had a look in tesco but can't find them. I will try the health food store tomorrow. Will I get them in there?

Also, I buy herbs and spices etc. in tesco would it be worthwhile to try out those asian or european markets for better prices and/or quality?

    Cheers.

No need to go over board getting things exact - hard to find steel cut oats over here so just use any oats. No idea about the spices.

Yup. Use Scottish oats. Tesco value bags are around 60c for 1kg. And spices are spices, use whichever ones are easiest to find.

Now, unless the other 99% of your training and diet are aboslutely perfect I suggest keeping things simple and use the "train hard, eat well" philosophy and not worry about the minutiae i.e. no more silly questions please.
