Just knocked one back there for the craic seeing as im out of protein, is there any limit to the amount you should have per day/per week, and are whats good/bad for you about them?

They dont taste of anything and go down easier than a shot of whiskey thats for sure!

Unless you are especially susceptible to salmonella you will be fine. I suggest blending up some fruit and yogurt and putting the egg in that.

Doesn't the protein in a cooked egg absorb twice as well into the body?

hhmmm so if i was having a smoothie or something(i have one with orange juice, banana and strawberry everyday anyway!) i could throw and egg in there and it'd be fine? should I blend it into the drink or throw it in at the end when the fruit is already blended up? I'll have to read up and see the difference between cooked and raw absorption!

    **EDIT**

Just found this article, I like my odds against getting food poisoning anyway!haha :D

Yeah, I have had them in smoothies, it just tastes the same, easy way to get them into you as you already have smoothies.
I don't think it matters too much about how you want your egg in your smoothie, I had it in from the start.
