Spining Classes

I am a member of Northwood gym but they dont run any spinning classes :eek: think they are the only gym that dont at this stage!!

Anyway, does anyone know of a standalone gym or centre that run spinning classes in the North county dub area or near enough??

in colaiste ide gym in finglas do it , mon - wed - fri at 6.30 they have spinning classes , they do be good

How much are the classes and what is the intensity like? I am going as a begninner (having had only 1 class ever!).

Are they pay as you go classes?? Tried to look at their website but its down at the mo..

The boyf is interested in doing these too so the drogheda one would be quite handy..

Just for future reference, DCU no longer has the pay as you go spinning classes, members only :rolleyes:
