Has anyone here tried it, or even viewed it & could say whether the workout in it is good or not?

Or if you DO know it, could you recommend one that's better?
It's the No 1 Selling fitness DVD at the mo & is the fastest selling ever I believe.

Don't have time or money to join a gym, so interested in what you think of this as a workout.

    Thanks.

    Hi Chrissie,

I'll be totally honest with you, fitness DVDs wouldn't be held in the highest regard around here. If it gets you up and about and moving then fantastic, but there are more effective, more efficient and more enjoyable ways to get in shape.

I'd suggest perhaps asking for reviews in the Ladies Lounge, and if you'd like further information about getting fit (for real!) then ask away, there's lots of people here who can help you out. If you need to ask Qs about diet and nutrition there's a forum availbale for that too:

Sonia from eastenders would put me off my food anyways, good appetite suppressant ;)

These sell to the same crowd who buy tabloid gossip mags, people thinking they can do the same if they did. I would rather a dvd from a professional fitness expert than a soap star. Supermarket is full of them ATM, jordan, the small woman in corrie. All cashing in on the new years resolutionites.

Have a look at this site for equpiment free training.

I have no need to set aside time for cardio. You can get functional cardio in and save money doing it. Do gardening, clean the house, walk/cycle to the shops/work/everywhere!
