    Hey lads!

    Long time ready but VERY seldom poster :)

    been keeping my eye on this forum for a long time and iv read alot of the post and you guys really do give out some good advice, so id like to say thanks for that :)

    Anyway i just purchased a 10lb tub of massX and a 6lb tub of nitrotech hardcore creatine from irish-lifting.com ( excellent site! )

    im in the gym about 2 months now and doing well, my died is OK'ish, but im just looking for some advice on taken the above products ( my goal is to bulk up!)

    mass X in the moring and creatine before and after training and mass x before bed?

    i might be completly wrong with that dose but any advice i greatly welcome,

    MassX is just extra calories so it doesn't really matter that much when you take it.

    Creatine around training time is fine.

    I would recommend getting your diet from OKish to Very Goodish if want to get the real benefit from the sups.

    As for bulking, there's nothing better than food!

    Well trib said it perfectly - a weight gainer can be taken at any time as it's just extra cals and the creatine pre- and pos-workout will do hte job nicely. What's your "OK'ish" diet like?

    my diet is ok but not "the best" ill give you an idea of what i had yesterday...

    Breakfast -
    4 weetabix with supermilk
    2 slice's on brown bread toasted with flora and marmalade
    1 cup of tea with 2 sugars

    around midday:

    muller yogurt thingy :P
    1 ham sambo with creatine drink(5g) + apple

    Pre Workout - 3pm
    bananna + creatine drink(5g)

    Post Workout - 5pm
    bananna + creatine drink(5g)
    1 bowl of pasta


    dinner - 2 big stew - with potatoes,carrots,chunks of steak
    peanuts
    protein drink
    sleep


    **********************************************

    Some days ill eat twice as much of this and other days i wont, some days when im in work ill eat loads and other days not as much but i ALWAYS have a big dinner, veg,meat etc......dont eat tuna and absolutley HATE EGGS!! i cant stand them, but put an omlette infront of me and ill eat that in less then 2 secs :)

    i know weird about the eggs :P
