Exercise maybe, and cut down on the fatty foods.
Or just get use to it.

Spot reduction fat isn't possible without liposuction. Perhaps an overall reduction in fat would be better for you :)

Have you seen many skinny people with double chins? Unlikely. Bring down your overall bodyfat and the double chin will disappear.

Unless your fat, I doubt you have a double chin.

I've seen slim people with double chins. As far as I know, it can be an ageing thing - like wrinkles. I'm open to correction.

    Your open to correction?
Ya'd wanna talk to a doctor bout that.

If you have a receded chin you could have loose skin that causes a double chin so you're quite right. It's uncommon though and that type of thing (if on a skinny person) is best taken care of by a surgeon.

If it is a case of the OP being overweight then my advice stands as above, and it's advice I'm following myself - I'm no Johnny Vegas or Turkey-Neck but I notice it and it bothers me and that's all the motivation I need :D

My chin was getting a bit pudgy following all the over-eating and boozing of the Christmas period. I went back to healthy eating and exercising last Monday, today my brother told me I had lost weight around the chin. My mum did also.
So in my case it was the first thing to go.

My best friend has a triple chin and actually has legs as skinny as Maguire and Patterson matches...before Christmas he gave up eating Turnip and noticed an instant improvement. He's now down to one and a half chins and his girlfriend is worried that if he keeps this up he will have no chin (within reason of course) by the end of the summer

Maybe your mother and brother were just trying to be nice to you.

Put it this way I have as much chin as you have dates.

Now before you turn this back on me, the joke is I am suggesting you have had no dates as I don't have a double chin, in fact my neck is like a Brontosaurus(the one with the long neck).

Wow deep burn. The best comebacks are the ones where you have to explain it and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

You could try chin stretches. I don't know if they do much though, but they sure do look funny :)
