Looking to start a workout routine

    Hi,


    I'm looking to start a 3-5 day home workout routine and would appreciate some pointers.

    First of all to give my basic stats,

    Age 32 (in 3 weeks)
    Height 5ft 9in,
    Weight 81.5kg
    Chest 38in
    Waist 37in (at the widest point)
    Body Fat 20.6%

    Equipment I own

    Power Tower (http://www.amazon.com/IronMan-M-PT-Ironman-3-Station-Power/dp/B0006U64XQ)
    Barbell with 25kg
    Exercise Bike

    My main goal is to lose 3 inches from my waist while getting my bodyfat to around 18% within 6 months.

    Can anyone help me with a workout routine using the equipment I have to help attain this goal.

    The only exercise I have really been doing over the past couple of months is one hour of indoor football a week!
