    Hey guys,
I guess im going to ask probably the most asked question here....How do i get fit and loose weight.
Im male, 32, 5'9 and weigh 11stone 8lbs.I dont smoke, have a very ocasional drink.
Only in the last year or so have i started to put on weight (have always been about 10/10.5 stone) and im not sure why.
I have always had a sweet tooth, i love food, i dont realy get time to exersise so i guess its all caught up with me:(
Anyways....can you kind people recomend a light shedule to start me off, as I dont want to join a Gym, im looking for outdoor pursuits...ie. walking, jogging, cycling ect.
How long and how often do i cycle/jog/walk in a week to see a result)bearing in mind limited time).
Next i need to inprove diet....i know i need to eat healthy....but any extra tips?? Eg. dont eat after 8pm ect.
Im not looking to get super fit....just Mr.Average who dosnt want a heart attack at 40:D
My goal is to be 10.5 stone and moderatly fit.

What is your current diet like? Post up an average day.

Can you spare about 20-30 minutes three times a week? www.simplefit.org

Diet, cut down on starchy carbs like bread, pasta, potatoes. That's the simplest tip I can give you.

Now, to be tough with you: Your post sounds like you want to be fit without investing much effort. If you don't find time for fitness you'll eventually have to find time for illness! You're going to have to invest in this to some degree, and 3 hours/week is hardly too much time.

Invest in the program above, see the results.
