An old one I know - but didn't see the point in finding/bumping an age-old thread.

So, what's in your gym/sports bag?

    My set-up for now:
    • Small notepad and pen (workout-log)
    • Tiny mp3 player - I like my space when training
      --
    • 2 Towels (big/small)
    • Shower Gel + other toiletries
      --
    • Trainers (cheap adidas pair)
    • few pairs of GAA socks
    • 2 pairs of shorts
    • T-shirts
    • Short sleeved Under-Armour (essential imo)
      --
    • Dip-belt (because our gym doesn't have one)
    • Gloves (for the heavy-lifts)
    • Electric tape
      --
    • CoC Gripper
    • Speed Rope (again, gym doesn't have them)
    • Boxing-Gloves and Wraps (if I'm using the heavy-bag)

    Basic enough ...

    The gear I carry changes depending on what I'm doing for the day, but here's what I'm carrying for my bench workout tonight;

    -2 Bench Shirts (44 Katana, 44 F6)
    -Wrist wraps
-1/2 knee wraps to use as wrist wraps
    -Gymnastic's wrist wraps
    -Pulling straps
    -Inzer lever belt
    -Knee and elbow sleeves
    -Chalk
    -Inzer tee
    -Tracksuit bottoms
    -Shorts
    -A pair of Cons
    -Towel
    -Shower Gel etc...
    -Deep Heat
    -Camera

There's probably more, that's just off the top of my head.

Which part of not questioning Mods in threads don't you get?

If you want jolly japes and such then stroll over to AH.

Answer the question, don't post in the thread again or stay going and get a slap on the wrist. Your choice.
