    does anyone know where you can learn to power lift properly


    snatch and cleans etc etc

    and also a web site or number if possible thanks paddy

    Because i'm a cranky pedant your actually looking to oly lift.

    Hercs appears to be the way to go for one on one training with that regard. Plenty of on line info as well that i will link to a in a little bit.
