    Hey guys,

We'll be hosting another open day on Saturday 19th January from 1-4 out in CrossFit for anyone who's ever been interested in what it's all about.

You can come, bring a friend, ask questions, and try out a workout to further your understanding of "elite fitness".

Any of the regulars here are of course more than welcome to come out and challenge yourselves :)

If you've any questions, post here, mail me or give me a shout.

    Hope to see you there!
    Colm

Great day today, lot of great work efforts put in by everyone who showed up, everybody appreciated the support while doing their workouts, and then were glad to see others suffering when it was there turn :)

Great community spirit! Well done to everyone who came down.

I'm sure we'll have another one soon, maybe in a month or two. If you don't wait, you can always drop into any class for a taste of CrossFit.

Thanks! I was getting the hang of them just at the end, it was the only way to get over the bar at that stage. In fairness, Will handed me my ass on a plate but that was expected! Angie is hard.
