Application forms will be available at HRTA from one in the afternoon on the day.

I work well with children, I'm a scout master + pharmacist so I can handle the most active and vigorous of children and dose the little bastards up if they start to blab. As for Airsoft, I'm sure to pick up something while spending my time around such youthful and supple young members of society.

Any applicants will have to be between the ages of 15 and 18
They will play with and under the guidance of the Na Taibshe members and upon reaching the age of 18 they may apply to join the Ghosts.

This means they will wear similar uniforms and carry similar Aeg’s and work closely with the ghosts on the airsoft field.

This also means they will avail of the team rate at HRTA, and participate in any events such as Salute of Toys for boys etc with us.

Introduce yourself to one of the members of the Ghost team either at HRTA or on Boards
We will be either wearing Desert ACU or Multicam and will have the Ghost logo patches attached to our uniforms
You don't need to have any equipment or camo yet to join

Sorry to be ignorant but who and what are the ghosts and why do you need to fill in a form to join their junior aspirant team? With no background knowledge of this sport and based on the awe and respect shown so far in this thread , it looks like they are the equivalent of the Irish Olympic champions . What have they won and where did they compete?

There are no airsoft competitions in Ireland at the moment. So nothing.

We need any under agers to fill out application forms because we will need signed waivers for them to play at HRTA as they are under 18, also its just easier to sort out applicants this way:)

I don't know if I'd compare an airsoft team to a prada handbag...
but most people on boards on the airsoft page know each other from skirmishing so if theres any respect there its because they know us and have a good laugh playing the sport with the team

We are one of the first teams (probably the first actually) in Irish Airsoft. We are also one of the teams that do a lot to publicise the sport (Salute Show & Toys 4 Big Boys, etc). Our members are well respected and are known to be good & friendly players. Oh, and we kick ass on the game field.

So we are the Prada Handbags of Airsoft IMHO, though that sounds totally weird.

We've about 10, the contractors I'm not sure about but they are capping numbers at 20.

the age limit is from 16-18 (15 in rare occasions)

The story is as follows...

Equipment : standard M4's or armalite compatible mags for riflemen, other model AEG's Per Team Role

Uniform : ACU (Summer), Multicam (Winter). Boots (Own Choice),

Webbing/Load Carrying equipment: Personal Pref (OD Green).

weekends: play saturdays, training TBA.
