3 Mobile Broadband - Its bloody Useless!

    hi,

    i've been using Three mobile broadband for 4 months now and it has steadily gone to the dogs..........

    its hard to connect.......and when i do, its dreadfully slow.

    I've emailed customer services yesterday with a email of complaint and got an auto reply saying it will take up to 5 days to get a reply???!!

    can anyone tell me..........

    can i insist on my money back? i paid €129 for the modem.

    has anyone had the same problems with Three?
