I live around this area aswell and never came across any boxercise classes.....
A chap by the name of cowzerp that posts here and on the boxing board(mainly boxing board) runs boxercise classes and private lessons as far as I know.You could try pming him or just posting in the boxing forum.

2 of the fitness instructors in my gym have recently done this course and they did it in the national aquatics centre (dont know if this is the correct name) in blanchardstown, hope this helps
