Has anyone any experience of this product? Is it effective? If so can you recommend a good place to buy it? It retails at €55 for a 1.2kg tub in Total Fintess which seems a but steep!

    cheers!

ye I really wouldn't go the promax diet route. One it is highly over priced for what you are getting. however Also I have never liked the whole promax diet approach as it is kind of similar to the special K diet (although not as bad) and encourages under eating and although you will see weight loss, a good % will be lean mass and so long term chances are that you might actually put on more then you lost.

Truthfully read the stickies, start eating 6 well balanced meals a day with enough fat and protein and you will see better long term results

thanks to you all for your comments.

i'm the type of guy who is fond of his grub, so if I don't exercise, I'm prone to putting on weight. I have been exercising approximately 4 times a week for the last 3 or 4 years, but i'm far from a slim jim!

i am due to change jobs soon, so i anticipate that i will be exercising less due to travel reasons. this is why i am exploring other options which may assist in at least maintaining my weight.

    any suggestions would be helpful!

For your purpose, promax diet will do absolutely nothing.

If you wanna lose or maintain weight you need to eat less and move more.
