    hey everybody.

i'm thinking about using a "4 week on, 2 week off" cycle at the moment. i've just finished a course of kre-alklyne and i was thinking about going on my next course after two weeks.

i know everybody's different but im just looking to get some feedback from people who have used different cycles and what they've found to be their best results.

    alan

theres no need to cycle on and off creatine its perfectly safe to stay on it all the time as dozens of medical studies have shown....as for making it more effective by cycling on/off it if u find it works for u go for it, but most peoplel find a small decline in strength by coming off creatine so id say stay on it maybe just cycle the doses eg 4 weeks 15 g post workout 2 weeks 5 gs post workout etc
