CAO through Fetac?

Where do I get my CAO number, does anyone know? I did the Leaving last year, I'm now filling out the application form, but I don't know should I tick both the 'Irish Leaving Certificate 1985-2008' and Fetac 2002-2008 boxes. Any help would be great. Cheers.
