I moved into a new apt. last week but the nearest gym is too far from me to make it worth my while joining. I've just about enough place to put a bench into the spare room and I'll get an oly bar and an ez bar and around 150-200kg. I've most of my exercises covered but lats are a bit of a concern. I don't want to put up a chin up bar, door frames are not the best and I've seen what happened a mates of mine, frame is badly cracked and damaged! Apart from pull overs what else can I do to hit them?

Dumbbell rows, elbows wide and elbow tucked.
    Barbell rows, same as above.
Chest supported dummbbell rows on an incline bench.
    Kelso shrugs.

    There's more that escape me...

You can get a doorway chinning bar here

It is removable and will be higher up than one in a frame. Since the load is dispersed over a wider area it is less damaging.

If you have an attic hole you could get rings, span a bit of wood across the attic hole and loop the rings on it. Doing dips on rings is a whole other ball game, really works the lats well compared to doing them on static bars. Apt might not have an attic hole, they can be looped on the chin bar though.
