I've been tyring to calculate the macronutrient breakdown of a typical days feeding for me. And my results are as follows:

(units are grams in the order Protein, Carbs, Fat)

    Meal 1
    Oatmeal + 200ml Milk + Flaxseed
    3eggs (1 yolk) + 70g Tuna + 60g Cottage Cheese
    53.1, 41.3, 9.7
    Meal 2
    Knor Soupfulls
    11.2, 17.6, 13.9
    Meal 3
    70g Tuna + 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread + Cottage Cheese + 30g Whey + 200ml Milk
    70.2, 62.1, 12.7
    Meal 4
    2 Slices Wholemeal Bread + 70g Turkey
    22.5, 34.5, 2.9
    Meal 5
    Fillet Steak + 100g Veg + 200ml Milk
    56.5, 5.3, 5.3
    Totals P C F: 213.5g, 160.8g, 44.4g

My question is if the above is correct as I beleive it is and the calories are worked out by multiplying Protein and Carbs by 4 and Fat by 9 and summing then I've only consumed 1896.8 (854, 643.2, 399.6) calories. Is this right, I'm aiming for a lot higher to try to put some muscle on. Surely it can't be, don't know if I could eat any more.

    That's right yeah.

Have a proper meal instead of knorr soupfuls. 70g of tuna isn't much, have a full tin! Have more turkey, eat more veg if you can. Your fats are fairly low too, pour on some olive or nut oil on your meat, snack on nuts as well as the above and you'll bump up the calories easily.

Thanks for the reply T. Will do.

I'm finding it hard to get enough protein in, the bloody lifting is the easy part.
