Just wondering if someone could clarify something for me.
    The Bent over row,
should your back be flat and parallel with the floor with body at 90degree angle and knees slightly bent,
    or
should your knees be slightly bent and body at more of a 135degree angle?

Just I've have seen variations, wondering which is correct or is it based on with muscle group you want to work?
