Recommend a home fitness regime...

    Hey guys.

I am looking for some help on this one. I recently started the gym about 2 months ago to combat weight gain. It was a mostly cardio workout. Now the gym will be closed for the months of January, February and March due to refurbishment. I want to continue my fitness levels at home while waiting for the gym to re-open.

Tools at my disposal are a weights bench, punching bag and chin-up bar. Can anyone recommend me a home based regime that will tie me over for the next three months? I realise that it is not the ideal situation but it is all I have. :)
Joining another gym is out of the question as I have no intention of paying for a second membership. (My current gym will be adding three free months and the end of my 12 months contract.)

My goals are weight loss, toning up, fitness and some muscle. My stats are 6"2 and about 95 Kilos.

    I really appreciate any help.
    James.
