    Howdy,

I usually get the milled flax, but this time I bought Linsuit Gold or something like that, and it's whole seeds, do I need to grind them up in a blender or something first? or can I just bung the whole seeds into my porridge?

    Thanks!
    M

you'll need to grind them. If you eat them whole, they'll come out of you whole ;)
