You'll need to drop body fat to see your ab muscles. Sort out your diet and drink lots and lots of water.

Post up your diet if you need more help.

i tink ive a good diet... have fruit salad for brekkie, salad or sandwich for lunch and then roast chicken or the likes with apuds and veg for dinner...... dont drink, dont smoke, walk regularly. drink cranberry juice and water everyday.

    what else cud i do?

Fruit salad is desert, not breakfast! The most important meal of the day should one of the biggest, try some porridge.

I would drop the spuds from dinner, eat more protein throughout the rest of the day, try eat 5 or 6 meals, protein with each one.

Also, where are the healthy fats? Try nuts, nut/olive oil (not cooked), avacado etc

Read the stickies, theres loadsa info

Its easy to bring a container of porridge to work, pick up a mini (330ml) Dawn Milk and bung it in the microwave. I always hated the stuff, but porridge gives you energy and a boost like NOTHING else!

you could stick porridge oats in a blender and then add it to a protein shake you make in work and just drink it. Fruit salad might fill you up in the short-term but porridge would be better fuel for your body.
