Getting back into it?

Hows it going folks? Just have a quick question........decided to head the gym a little earlier after all the pigging out I have been doing the last month.

So I was on the treadmill and had to stop. Felt sick,light-headed and just not right.

So after this happening would I be better just easing myself back into the swing of things than jumping head first into it?

I usually do 12 mins on the thread mill with one minute jogging than one minute sprinting.I always have the incline to the max aswell.

What should I do to ease myself back into it.......because this is clearly to much for me at the minute.

    Thanks.
