    Hey peoples

I wont be able to make it to the gym for the next couple of months so Im gonna do a little bit from home. I'll be jogging a bit and doing some free weights. My concern is keeping the oul bum toned. I dont have any weight to lose but I dont want the bum to drop. I was thinking of getting one of those mini steppers so my question is are they any good? Most of them state how good they are for legs but Im wondering will they work for bums too? The ones I am talking about are basically two pedals, nothing fancy. I know I could do lunges and stuff but I prefer using a machine.

Does anyone know anything about these or possibly recommend any alternatives? Thanks.

Lunges and air squats to be honest. My mam used a mini stepper but I told her to just do squats and lunges, she no longer uses the stepper. Save yourself some money!

Lunges, squats, step-ups, climb stairs two at a time. Stiffleg deadlifts or good morniings are good too.

Ass to grass squats hit your bum harder than squats to parallel.
