    Not to the best of my knowledge, and I looked into it a while back when one of my clients wanted to pursue some of John Berardi's more extreme dietary programs. I looked at the ingredients in detail and while there are some useful and rarer items there is nothing in it that you can't get, as always, from a proper diet, with at least 2 vegtables per meal.

    As an aside - how is your own program and diet progressing - have you kept up your BFL eating plan and training program? How are the results so far?

    I wish I could say ive been doing well but alas ive been drinking like a fish and eating crap, I plan to change all that in the new year
