    does anyone know of any shops in dublin i can get this for as cheap or is bb.com the only place to go? seems to have 100g protein per serving seems very good.

    Any ideas/opinions?

    if you do get it,take maybe 1 scoop rather than 3.that way it will last you longer and you'll be benefitting moreso than you would taking 100g per serving..the body can only digest so much protein in one go!
    so 1 scoop will equal one third of the values given...

    crap just seen the serving size myself.well i was wondering what would be the most effective way of geting my 250g protein a day? is the ON 100% any good?

    Get some whey, the majority is just protein and a lot better value in terms of protein.

    ON is good, I like Nutrition -X's choc mint too.

    yea planning on gettin whey but looking to find out which brand has good protein content and value.

    Imo it's much of a muchness.

    Most brands seem to be a blend of isolate, concentrate yada yada and have the same amount per serving. Like if one has 22g per serving and the other 23g it really won't make a difference in the grand scheme of things.

    Just get one that tastes okay (like NutritionX choc mint or ON chocolate, imo of course)
