I'm a total fitness noob but have been going to the gym in college (in England) for the last 2 months much to my enjoyment, but now I'm home for 2 months I was looking for advice for an alternative exercise regime I can do without access to equipment.

I'd was going to the gym 3 times a week for an hour a go. My time would be split between bike/skiing, rowing, treadmill and weights.

Why the no access to equipment? Go to a pay as you go gym.
Don't let all your hard work go down the drain. Will be harder to get back into/re-motivate yourself.

I think it's like 17 or 18 euros in Total Fitness. Not really worth it for only one session imo!

Yea, anything over €8 isn't really feasable for me atm :/

Without taking from the advice you can get here (which is top notch) - could I point you towards either www.crossfit.com or www.rosstraining.com/forum. The amount of info on training w/ minimal or no equipment will have you reading for hours.

lots of good fitness routines to check out here

like said above pay as you go gyms are probably better, but if you pay for a membership i find you will force yourself to use it since you already paid for it.
