I have gymnastics rings on my chinning bar and go the idea to put a tricep bar in the straps they have holding them up. Instead of straps you could tie some rope into a loop and put it on your bar. Or find some other strong loops, you could use 2 bike inner tubes wrapped/doubled up a few times.

The tricep bar looks like this

So you put the loops on the 2 ends and you hang from the 2 inner handles.

I do a lot of chins, pullups & dips on my bar & gymnastic rings. After my usual work I did one set of 10 with the tricep bar (dunno whether to call them chins or pullups as it is sort of inbetween). But it hit some new muscles since I got some mild DOMS and usually dont.

It also might be possible to have 2 larger loops or tubes and looping 2 dumbbell handles through them for doing dips on the chinning bar.
