Basketball weight training help???!!!

    I am just recovering from a major injury and am looking to regain my atheltic abilities through weights such as higher vertical jump, stronger core and more expolisive legs for quicknes and general pace.

    Any help will be hugely obliged.

    jumped to grab the basketball and landed on someones foot and rolled it inwards breaking my ankle and tearin all my ligaments and tendons. Im back playing now but just reached a plateu in the gym
