If you're not taking supplements its a good idea to get a mixture of protein sources into you throughout the day as amino acid profiles vary from food to food. For example:Breakfast-Scrambled eggs and porridge,Next meal-Chicken Fillet, baked potato.Next meal-Piece of steak, bannana.Next Meal-Tin of tuna, pasta or salad.Bedtime-Turkey sandwich, glass of milk.If your primary aim is to bulk up you must eat LOTS of food, every three hours or so and dont forget to eat fats as well, tuna in sunflower oil, sirloin steak, peanut butter, and salad dressing with your salad.I reckon just eat lots of everything,as long as you're getting enough protein and working out properly you'll get there. You'll get some fat too but you can sort that out later when you've got the size you want.
