On the plus side, you can get promoted in work easier than men who perform better.

Oh, and can get off sick by ringing the boss and insinuating you are suffering from "womens issues" you know he wont ask for the specific details of. Whereas if I rang the boss because there was an awful stinging sensation when I took a slash and I needed to get the anti bs immediately, id still have to lie and say I had a headache (my new sup is a woman. My old boss mind, I could have told him it was a chronic clap that could turn into a bout of Black Banana if lef untreated)
