that statistic wouldn't surprise me, I see heroin addicts shooting up every weekend in the alley across from where I work. Very depressing.

I've never even heard of her before this thread, all I know is she is a heroin junkie. Sad either way. RIP.

I agree, speculation is a cruel, callous cheapening of a person's demise... it's good to learn.

The death bit is irrelevant. Celebrities attract attention full stop.

But she went out into those streets and everybody knew what she was up to.

Can't we just give the family some peace even though she never bothered to hide what she was doing?

Grief manifests in many forms. Some look to god, others would rather look to idle speculation on boards.ie. Thats why we must all be careful of defamation and libel issues.

I am disgusted by what some of the people are saying. I was no great fan of Miss French heroin junkie But god almighty what kind of people are you out there...A 24 year old girl has died this evening and all some sick immoral people want to do is air thier views. Have some respect. What way were you brought up to carry on in such a depraived and disgraceful manner. Your parents would be ashamed of you. I am a parent of a 2 year old boy and I can tell you now that girls parents hearts are breaking tonight and her sisters. SHE DIED IN THE ARMS OF HER SISTER ........for gods sake havent some of u and ounce of decency in your bodies. This forum just shows what kind of people living in our society now and I fear for my son if this is how so called decent hard working Irish people spend there time attacking the dead. Shame on those people that have the gall to write such words, what did she ever do to you. God forgive you !!

May she rest in peace - My condolences to her Mother Father and
    sister

Would people please stop speculating on the stockmarket in this thread.

I just want to buy one more cup of coffee before the price skyrockets.

I actually heard on the grapevine that the coffee bean supply is dangerously low and prices are gonna skyrocket as previously stated. It just terrible, a tragedy.

Yeah, but thats just idle speculation based on very little information.... But if what I hear is correct, the Japanese are making a move to strong arm the coffee market, much like the steal supplies over the last 6 years.

What a shower of w@nkers, the reason it's in the papers is because everybody knew who she was. I wasn't a great fan of hers but her death has actually moved me seeing that we are both the same age
