    Hi all,

I've had a look through previous pages and couldn't find anything about Boxercise, but I apologise now if I'm repeating a question..

Does anyone know anywhere in Dublin City Centre that does Boxercise classes?

    thanks.

My mate does one in the ALSAA complex beside Dublin Airport on a Sunday morning. I know its not CC but of a Sunday it's only 10 minutes in the car. My other mate was running one in LA Fitness in Rathmines but he's gone from there so not sure of they still have it.

Hi Faith - we run a Boxing Circuit class at The Fitness Dock. It's a great class for burning calories as well as relieving stress! :D

Pm me and I can arrange for you to come to the gym for a FREE class.

    Cheers,

    PAUL

The Box Circuits class in The Fitness Dock is amazing, not a member there but did take one class there about 2 years ago. Great fun. Boxercise is better though. :o
