Ok firstly i love fruit- apples and oranges in particular. I like to eat a piece or two at most meals. I would have a piece here and there too.
Consdering there is only 60 cals in a small-medium piece this fruit consumption doesnt harm weight loss does it?????

Apples I eat are around 100kcal each, so 2 per 6 meals a day is 1200kcal, which is a lot. And fruit is ~12% sugar, albeit "good natural sugar".

    It all adds up.

Well it’s better to be nibbling on too many grapes than M&Ms, that's for sure.I think it's alright to go over on your fruits every now and then, just work hard, enjoy what you eat and relax. Don't get too fixated on calories.
